Machine tool castings are bought for vibration damping and dimensional stability, not for looks. That means controlled chemistry, a slow cooling practice and a proper stress-relief cycle before the finishing cuts.

We pour beds, columns, cross beams, rams, slides and connecting parts in HT250 and HT300, and in ductile iron where higher strength is needed — then machine guide faces and mounting pads to the drawing. Parts ship bare, in grey anti-rust primer, or stretch-wrapped on pallets.
