Incoming materials
Charge materials and alloys are verified on arrival; scrap returns are sorted by grade to keep chemistry predictable.
Quality system
Our management system is certified to GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015. The certificate covers the design and manufacture of castings and machined parts, and is currently valid.

Control points
Pattern and coating
Foam patterns are measured and assembled against the tool drawing; coating thickness and drying are controlled before moulding.
Chemistry
Every heat is checked on the optical emission spectrometer, with the result recorded against the heat number.
Pouring
Pouring temperature and time are logged per mould; inoculation is controlled for ductile iron.
Dimensional & mechanical
3D scanning and gauge checks for machined features; hardness on every batch and tensile or impact tests where the drawing calls for them.
Final & documentation
Surface, finish and marking are checked at packing, and a material certificate accompanies every shipment.
Testing equipment
Equipment list is indicative of current capability; the on-site register is available for verification during supplier audits.
